Mobile home park: Rates only apply if one account is being billed on behalf of all residents, and manager remits one payment on behalf of all residents. If each individual homeowner receives a separate billing and pays their own separate bill, rate is the same as the residential unit.
Bulky Item Pick-ups: Multi-family dwellings and mobile home park residents are eligible for bulk item pick-ups. However, the pick-up must be scheduled by the property manager.

Through this program, households in Unincorporated Sonoma County may be eligible for a 20% discount on their Recology bill. Participation in the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) CARE program automatically qualifies you for the Recology Cares program.
Simply mail or email us (RecologySonomaMarin@Recology.com) a copy of your most current PG&E bill showing participation in their CARE program. The discount will be applied to the billing cycle during which the documentation is received. The name and address on your PG&E account must match the name and address on your Recology account. Please note that you may be asked to verify annually.
