As a reminder to our customers, bulky pickups can be scheduled until December 30, 2022. From January 2, 2023, to January 13, 2023, bulky picks ups will be suspended while we collect Christmas trees. Bulky pick-up appointments will resume on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

Recology and the City Controller’s Office have agreed to the terms of an agreement to improve the rate-setting process for waste hauling services in San Francisco and resolve issues related to past rate-setting processes.
