The Novato Recycling Center is a buy-back location for residential drop-off. We accept California Redemption Value (CRV) containers and non-CRV containers for drop-off, such as cans and bottles, newspaper, cardboard, mixed paper, hard rigid plastics, and other single-stream recycling. Please note: empty pill bottles are not accepted at this facility, and unwanted pills can be placed in a Ziploc bag and taken to one of several locations you will find listed on Novato Sanitary District’s website.
