Pick up a Kitchen Countertop Pail: Sonoma County residents can now pick up a countertop kitchen pail to make it easier to compost food scraps. Please visit the scale house at your local transfer station or Recycletown at the Central Landfill to pick up your pail.

Compost Service: We now offer compost service to customers in our most remote Sonoma County service areas at no additional charge. This service includes delivery of a 32-gallon compost cart and weekly collection of compostable materials, such as food scraps, soiled paper, and plant trimmings.
