On-Call Plus Cleanup
For large items that don’t fit in your cart, schedule an On-Call Plus Pickup.
On-Call Plus Accepted Items:
Total items not to exceed 4ft high, 4ft wide, 8ft long
- Bagged or boxed items
- Bundled yard waste (no longer than 4 ft)
- Stacked wood (no longer than 4 ft)
- Up to three bulky/ large items
- Sofas, mattresses
- Washing machines, dryers, air conditioners
- Computers, TVs
Single-Family Residential
Residential customers receive up to two (2) curbside pickups per calendar year at no additional charge. Additional pickups available for a fee. If you are a tenant in a multi-family building, please contact your property manager to schedule.
Multi-Family Residential
Multi-family complexes of nine (9) or more units may receive two (2) collections events per calendar year at no additional charge. This program accepts certain reusable and recyclable materials. Additional pickups available for a fee. Contact Customer Service.
Commercial
Commercial customers may schedule pickups for a fee. Give us a call to receive free estimates.
NOT accepted: hazardous material, construction/ demoltion, liquids, rock, materials exceeding 5ft in length. Items weighing more than 200lbs may require extra fee.

Dump Voucher
Residents may exchange a clean-up appointment for a voucher to haul items directly to the SMaRT Station at no charge.
Bin-for-a-Day
For those who need more than an On-Call Plus pickup, but don’t need a large debris box, you can now rent a dumpster bin. We will deliver the bin to your property and pick it up at a scheduled date within seven days after delivery.
Drop-Off for Select Items
- Mountain View Recycling Center: mattresses, box springs, household appliances, untreated lumber, and good-condition furniture are accepted at no charge. Appointment required. Must be Mountain View resident.
- Recology South Bay Transfer Station: any-condition furniture, appliances, carpet, wood, construction debris, sheetrock, garbage, yard waste, and more are accepted. Open to the public. Credit or debit only. 1675 Rogers Ave, San Jose. Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 5 PM. Saturday, 6 AM – 2 PM.
Donate
If it’s possible that your good-condition items could find a new life, please consider donating to one of the many non-profits in Santa Clara County. Not only will you be helping divert items from the landfill, you will be helping great organizations – Goodwill, Salvation Army, and Habitat for Humanity to name a few.
Good-condition furniture is accepted for donation at the Mountain View Recycling Center. Appointment required. Mountain View residents only.
