Recology Cares Program
We are pleased to offer the Recology Cares program.
Through this program, households in Bolinas may be eligible for a 15% discount on their Recology bill. Participation in the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) CARE program automatically qualifies you for the Recology Cares program. Please note that MetLife does not automatically qualify you.
To apply for the program, please contact us to send us a copy of your most current PG&E bill showing participation in their CARE program. Discount will be applied to the billing cycle in which the documentation is received. The name and address on your PG&E account must match the name and address on your Recology account. Please note that you may be asked to verify annually.
Commercial & Multi-Family Rates
Garbage rates are based on the size of your container and frequency. Recycling and compost collection services are complimentary, alongside garbage service. Rates effective 5/1/2025:

Residential Rates
We provide weekly curbside collection for garbage, recyclables, and compost. Residential rates are based off of the size of your garbage cart. Recycling and compost services are free of charge. Rates effective 5/1/2025:
