Your Carts

While you’re sorting your compost and recycling, we’re finding new ways to reuse your materials. Whether you’re a business owner, property manager, or resident, we work with you to tailor recycling, composting, and landfill programs based on your needs

Wondering what goes where? You can also print our sorting guides and posters.

Food scraps, soiled paper, and plants go in the green compost cart. Order a kitchen compost pail. Why compost? Commercial customers may use clear plastic bags to bundle their compostable materials.

Paper, glass bottles, cardboard, cans, and most plastics, marked #1-#7 (no black plastic or plastic bags please!).  Commercial customers may use clear plastic bags to bundle their recyclable materials.

What is trash? Not much! Thin plastics (bags and saran wrap), cat litter, animal waste, Styrofoam, ceramics, and broken glass to name a few. To see a full list of items, view our sorting guide.
