Commercial Cardboard Recycling


We offer 4 & 6 yard cardboard recycling containers for our commercial customers. Smaller containers may be available based on site restrictions.

  • Service Frequency
    Cardboard containers can be serviced at a variety of frequencies based on the volume you have. Contact us to request a new container or to get assistance with determining what frequency level you need on your existing container.
  • Set It Out
    Have your container out and accessible on your scheduled service day.
  • Preparation
    Flatten cardboard before placing in the container.

Please note that we cannot accept waxed cardboard, cardboard with plastic liners, or garbage in your cardboard bin.

Commercial Glass Recycling


Glass recycling is available in your service area. Bottles and jars only. No dishes, Pyrex, or window glass. Regular RWO Service includes a 90 gallon cart.

  • Service Frequency
    Glass is serviced once a month on Monday’s, or on a will-call basis depending on the volume of glass generated.
  • Set It Out
    For curbside service, set out your carts by 6am on your pick-up day (or the night before). Your actual service time may vary from week to week. Please place your can/carts within 4ft of the curb or road’s edge and 4ft from obstacles, such as cars, trees, basketball hoops and mailboxes.
  • Preparation
    Please rinse all food containers.

Side Yard Service


If you are unable to set your carts at the curb for service, we may be able do it for you depending on your property type.

This service is popular for second homes and vacation properties.  If you subscribe to side yard service, please be sure that your cart is not behind any locked gates and visible from the road. This will help ensure consistent service every time.

Waste Zero Services


Audits and Consultations
Our Waste Zero Team helps businesses apply best management practices in collecting recycling, composting and landfill materials. We provide a single point of contact to help you implement new recycling programs or improve your existing program and make sure you have the resources you need.

Depending on your type of business or residential property, the team will:

    • Visit your site to discuss sustainability goals and potential space requirements/restraints
    • Conduct audits of your waste stream to suggest bin sizing and reduce costs
    • Customize your service options and equipment to meet your needs
    • Provide fliers, and training at no additional cost

The Waste Zero Team is familiar with assisting all business types–from office buildings, hotels and hospitality, restaurants, hospitals, and shopping centers to large commercial residential properties.

Holiday Tree Pickup & Composting

Customers with our curbside yard debris collection service can have the tree picked up at no charge on the normal yard debris collection day (first two weeks of January). Please cut your tree down to less than 5’ and place in your cart if possible. Don’t have this service? Sign up for curbside yard debris collection.

Bring your tree to Recology Organics – McMinnville and compost it for no charge. Don’t forget to show your yard debris window cling to prevent being charged for disposal.

As a last resort, set the tree out with your garbage to be thrown away. Please cut your tree down to less than 5’ and place in your cart if possible. Extra charges will apply if the tree doesn’t fit completely in the garbage cart with the lid closed. Fees are generally less than $11, depending on the size of the tree.

Lafayette & McMinnville
The girls Valley Panthers Rugby team is raising funds to represent Oregon in a regional tournament. For a suggested donation of $10, the team will pick up your tree and transport it to Recology Organics – McMinnville for composting. To schedule a pick up, please call or text 971-241-8600 or email jazmin.dawkins@hotmail.com. Pick up days are Saturday December 26th and Saturday January 2nd.

The local Boy Scouts will pick up your tree and transport it to Recology Organics – McMinnville for composting for a suggested donation of $10. To schedule a pick up, please call 503-550-8509 or 503-437-3451 and leave a message. For a suggested donation of $5, you can also drop off your tree at one of two sites in McMinnville. The First Federal parking lot at 2nd & Adams or the parking lot next to Ruby Tuesday’s on Hwy 99w. Both pick up and drop off locations will be available from 9am-4pm Sunday December 27th, Saturday January 2nd and Sunday January 3rd. Please note, Recology supports the Boy Scouts, however we can’t be responsible for any missed pickups or communications between you and the Boy Scouts.
