The following message addresses both Valley and Coast customers.
Recology Western Oregon – Valley customers: All collection activities will continue as normal on Friday, January 19, but some areas may still not be able to be serviced due to ice. If that happens, garbage customers may place up to twice the amount of materials out on your next collection day at no extra charge. Yard debris and recycling customers, we will collect on your next service day.
McMinnville Transfer Station, Recology Organics McMinnville, and our McMinnville office will be open normal operating hours.
Recology Western Oregon – Coast customers: All collection activities will resume as normal on Thursday, January 18, with the exception of Knappa and Westport areas along Hwy. 30 East of Astoria and customers on Hwy 26 and Hamlet, who will be serviced next week. Please leave your carts at the curb and we will service them as soon as conditions allow. Astoria Transfer Station and our Warrenton office will be open normal operating hours.
