Recology Stores & Customer Service Office Closed Until Further Notice

Due to public health concerns related to the COVID-19 outbreak, all Recology Stores will be closed until further notice. We are committed to keeping our customers and employee-owners safe during this critical time.

We understand that the stores serve as an important resource, not only to purchase eco-friendly products, but also for Recology customers to address customer service needs and drop-off hard-to-recycle items.

During this time, our Customer Service office is also temporarily closed to the public, however staff is safely working from home and ready to address any questions or concerns you may have. Please contact our team via email at carnation@recology.com or give them a call at 425.844.1900.

Recology also offers free curbside collection for many of the same items you drop off in stores. Click here to schedule curbside pickup.
