Unusual weather can make road conditions unsafe for collection crews and customers. When this happens, we may need to delay or modify your service. Thank you for your patience as Recology works to collect waste safely.

If your collection is missed
• Report the missed pick up by calling 425.837.1234 or emailing issaquah@recology.com
• We will return as soon as conditions improve, which is typically in the few days following the service delay, or your next scheduled service day
• Any extra materials resulting from the delay will be collected at no additional charge
What Recology will do
• Resume service as soon as it is safe
• Pick up missed material on your next collection day at no additional charge
• Notify you of changes when possible
Helpful reminders
• Carts may be more likely to topple in icy or windy conditions once emptied. Please help us by securing carts safely after collection.
