We’re proud to share that Justin Cramer from Recology Del Norte, has been recognized as a 2026 Rising Star Award Nominee by the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA)! This new award recognizes drivers with fewer than 10 years in the industry who demonstrate the same commitment, professionalism, and dedication.
As Lead Driver, Justin services residential customers throughout Del Norte County. Trained on every route and able to operate every truck in the fleet, he consistently supports his team and helps ensure safe, reliable service.
“Recology is more than a job to me. It is a career that continues giving me the tools for growth and opportunities,” Justin shares. Outside of work, he continues serving the community with the local fire department as Captain during the week and Fire Chief on weekends.
