Hey Recology King County Community!
As reminder, residents and businesses with garbage, recycling, or compost pickup on Thursdays and Fridays will have adjusted schedules this week. We will not be providing service on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th. Thursday customers will be rescheduled to Friday, November 28th, and Friday customers will be rescheduled to Saturday, November 29th.
Since Christmas and New Year’s Day both fall on a Thursday this year, there will be no collection service on 12/25 and 1/1 to allow Recology employee-owners to spend time with their families. During these weeks, Thursday and Friday customers will experience a one-day delay in service.
Please also note that Recology does not provide collection on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. All services will be delayed by one day on the week of January 19th, 2026.
