Residential Rates
Recology provides weekly curbside collection for landfill, recyclables, and compost. Residential rates are based on the size of your landfill cart. Recycling and compost services are complimentary. Rates effective 1/1/2024.
Important Notes
Hazardous waste, toxic materials, explosives, oil, auto parts, chemicals, serpentine rock, paints, solvents, fuel, asbestos, tires, and electronic waste are not accepted in any waste stream and cart, bins, or debris boxes.

CARE Program for Residents
We are pleased to offer the CARE program. Through this program, households in American Canyon may be eligible for a 15% discount on their Recology service rate. Participation in the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) CARE program qualifies you for the Recology discount.
Simply provide proof of your current PG&E bill showing participation in the CARE program by stopping by or mailing a copy to our office at 2021 Broadway St., Vallejo, CA 94591. You may also send a copy via email at VallejoCustomerService@Recology.com. A discount will be applied to the billing cycle in which the documentation is received. The name and address on your PG&E account must match the name and address on your Recology account. Please note that you may be asked to verify annually.
