To temporarily stop service, call Customer Service at 206.381.6980 or submit a Vacation Hold Form. You will not be billed for stopped collections if the request is made at least one week prior to the affected collection day.

It’s important to note that sometimes bins will be picked up at a later time due to traffic or route changes. However, if your bins were accessible, the lids were closed, and they were set out at the proper time, please call us at 831.636.7500 or 831.604.1715 to report a missed pickup.
