GrayBin

FOOD & YARD WASTE
All food scraps, food-soiled paper (without shiny plastic coating), approved compostable packaging and bags, yard waste and untreated wood go in the gray food and yard waste bin.

RecycleBin

RECYCLING
Clean paper and cardboard, plastic containers, glass and metal. Burien residential, multi-family and commercial garbage service includes recycling collection at no additional charge. For additional material that cannot fit inside your cart place next to your cart in a 2’x2’x2′ box.

LandfillBin

LANDFILL
What’s left? Not much! Non-recyclable paper or plastics (saran wrap and food packaging), foam trays and containers, empty paint cans, pet litter, broken glass and ceramics to name a few. We aim to send as little material to landfill as possible.

Recycling

Redmond residential garbage service includes recycling collection at no additional charge. Your recycling cart will be emptied every week on your garbage collection day.
