This section allows you to select the type of container(s) you are interested in. From the "Container Size" dropdown, select the size of the container. From the "Container Type" dropdown, select the type of container you are interested in; garbage, recycling or organics. From the "Distance" dropdown you may select an additional charge for distance. From the "Elevation" dropdown you may select an additional charge for elevation. From the "Key Charges" dropdown you may select additional charges for keys.

Trash containers are used for general disposal.

Recycling containers are for all materials which can be recycled, such as glass, aluminum and plastics.

Composting containers are for food scraps, yard trimmings or other organic materials which may be turned into compost.

This section allows you to specify which days you would like to have your containers collected. There are no restrictions on how weekdays or weekends can be selected.

As you make your selections, the monthly rate will automatically update with the price of your selection. The base rate (base), distance, elevation and key charge combined rate (D+E+K), the total charge (base + D+E+K) and the price per gallon. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Add To Calculation" button and your selection will be added to the "Selected Containers" section. You may add as many selections to the calculation as you wish.

If you need to remove a selection, you may do so by clicking the corresponding
"" button in the "Selected Containers" section.

This section shows a basic summary of the containers you have selected for rate calculation. It displays the container size, type, base rate (monthly), distance, elevation and key charge combined rate (monthly) and collection days.

To remove a container, click the "" button which corresponds to the container you wish to remove.

To add a container:
1.) Select the size and type of the container from the "Container Selection" section
2.) Select the days you wish to have collection from the "Collection Days" section
3.) Click the "Add To Calculation" button in the "Monthly Container Rate" section

Once you have selected one or more containers, this section will automatically populate with information on your estimated monthly rate, and any discounts you are eligible for.

The amount of discount is calculated by several factors, including the quantity containers and the percent of containers used for recycling and organics. A large portion of your discount rate is calculated directly from the amount you recycle.

The more you recycle, the more you could save. It pays to recycle!
