Understand Your Invoice
Mercer Island residents and businesses can expect to see their first invoices for collection service during the second week in November. Some important items to note:
Residents: Invoices will be mailed quarterly, representing 3 months of collection service. This first invoice will cover collection service for October, November and December.
Commercial and Multi-Family: Invoices will be mailed monthly for collection service.
To you better understand your invoice, please review the helpful documents below. You will find information about where to locate your account and service information, and your payment due date. It also includes an explanation of city, state, and county taxes that are included in your bill. And on the reverse side it provides detailed instructions to help you manage your account online.
