Customer Service phone call wait times may be longer than usual. Our phone lines will be open Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. In-person bill pay at our Customer Service Center in San Francisco is temporarily closed to the public as a precautionary safety measure for our employees. Please direct bill pay questions to our normal Customer Service outlets via phone call or email.
