COVID 19: Service Advisory
As a precautionary measure to protect our employees and the public, Recology San Mateo County has decided to temporarily close our local office to all walk-in customers. Effective March 30, we will also suspend the Bulky Item Collection Program. Customer Service Representatives will reach out to customers currently scheduled for a bulky item pick up, and add those customers to a priority list to be rescheduled as the program is reinstated.

DROP PAYMENT IN MAIL SLOT
Drop payments, preferably in an envelope, through the mail slot at our front door. As a courtesy, Customer Service Representative will contact customers within 1-2 business days to verify that the payment has been applied to your account.
