About RMAP

The RMAP program is a twelve month rotational program uniquely structured for the individual to provide direct, hands-on experience to develop into a well-rounded Recology leader. This program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources to plan, organize, analyze and manage a Recology business. This position will complete a series of specific rotations designed to gain expertise in areas of Recology’s collection and post collection operations as well as the environmental, financial, and technical and community centered aspects of the business.  You will also receive technical and business training to compliment your rotational on the job training.


Applicants should have:

  • Five years of progressive leadership experience (preferred)
  • Geographic flexibility (must be able to relocate
    after completion of the program)
  • A college degree (preferred)
  • The ability to make independent decisions as well as
    operate in a team environment
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment,
    multi-task and problem solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
