RMAP is a 12-month rotational program structured to provide employees with direct, hands on experience to develop the skills needed to be a Recology leader. This program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources to plan, organize, analyze and manage a Recology business. This position will complete a series of specific rotations designed to gain expertise in areas of Recology’s collection and post collection operations as well as the environmental, financial, and technical and community centered aspects of the business. You will also receive technical and business training to compliment your rotational on the job training.

Congratulations to Keturah Brumfield for being selected as the Pacific Northwest’s first participant in the Recology Management Advancement Program (RMAP). Keturah will complete a series of company and departmental rotations to gain expertise in various areas of Recology’s business. In this new role and through the RMAP program, Keturah will report to the Group Manager.
Keturah has been with Recology since June of 2017 as an Operations Supervisor at Cleanscapes. Prior to joining Recology, Keturah spent 8 years with a waste industry provider in California, where she served as a Regional Business Manager, Office Manager, Customer Service, Billing and Dispatcher. Keturah is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Psychology at Washington State University.
As one of our current employees selected to participate in the RMAP program, Keturah will be an integral component of Recology’s long-term succession plan.
